What you can achieve
- You set up your versatile equipment in the receiving and mixing area and monitor the production processes according to the specifications.
- You reliably operate the equipment and comply with hygiene and safety regulations, managing to minimise and resolve product losses or line stoppages.
- Before enjoying your well-deserved finish to the day, you ensure a clean, precise, and well-documented shift handover.
- Your innovative thinking enables you to propose improvements to advance process optimisation.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in the food sector (dairy or food technologist, cook, butcher, etc.) and may already have some experience as a plant operator.
- Your flexibility is demonstrated, among other things, by your willingness to work in a four-shift system.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written, and possess technical flair.
- You learn quickly and will soon master the operation of the operating systems (MES/SAP).
- Your physical and mental fitness motivates and enables you to perform at your best; you are resilient and remain calm even in stressful situations.
