The focus is on the stable operation of the IT landscape, its continuous optimisation and technical further development
You take care of applications, IT tools and interfaces and ensure their smooth interaction
Across various support levels, you manage external IT service providers and take over 2nd level support
From planning to implementation, you accompany IT and organisational projects and keep relevant system and process documentation up to date
Together with the specialist departments, you act as an interface between business and IT, train users and support the IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
You have training in computer science or business informatics (e.g. computer scientist EFZ) or a comparable qualification
You already bring several years of experience in the IT environment, ideally as an application manager or in a similar role
Your knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, network technologies and server administration is solid; experience with CRM or production processes is a plus
A hands-on mentality, initiative and the ability to explain technical topics clearly characterise you, German written and spoken fluently
