BAKER WITH A FEDERAL VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE OR WITH VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE – SION REGION

For one of our clients located in the Vevey region, we are looking for a Baker with a Federal VET Certificate or with very good professional experience for a mission.

Your main tasks:

• Prepare and make various bakery products

• Make doughs, kneading, shaping and baking

• Prepare different breads, viennoiseries and bakery products

• Ensure the quality, freshness and presentation of the products

• Comply with hygiene and food safety rules

• Participate in the setup and smooth running of production

• Advise and serve customers according to their needs

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Certificate as a baker-pastry chef or confirmed professional experience in the field

• Very good knowledge of bakery techniques

• Autonomous, dynamic and meticulous

• Organised and committed to quality work

• Comfortable with customer contact and sales advice

• Good presentation and team spirit
