For our team in Sursee, we are looking for a motivated personality in customer service who values direct contact with our customers, brings enthusiasm for technology and also actively supports warehouse management. With us, you work with high-quality machines, in a modern working environment and together with a dedicated team that shares the same passion.

• You receive repair and service orders and coordinate their forwarding to the workshop
• You competently advise our customers and dealers - by phone, email or in person on site
• You monitor ongoing service and repair orders and ensure a smooth process
• You prepare transparent and comprehensible cost estimates and ensure billing
• You resolve minor technical issues or problems directly with our customers
• You maintain our warehouse management system and ensure that spare parts reach the customer at the right time
• You assist in the showroom and spare parts sales as needed

• You have completed basic training as a motorcycle mechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in a similar role
• You have good German language skills
• You convince with a customer-oriented and professional manner in dealing with customers
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and work solution-oriented
• Your working style is independent, reliable and efficient
• Due to our opening hours, regular work on Saturdays is also a requirement
