- Monitoring and processing of the entire order handling
- Conducting internal technical clarifications
- Preparation of all order documents, from offers to invoicing
- Customer support and advice via telephone and correspondence
- Management and maintenance of customer, sales and information data
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training, initial experience in order processing in the industrial sector is an advantage
- Very good German and good French skills, both spoken and written
- English and Italian skills are an advantage
- Organised, structured and communicative personality
