How You Create Added Value

• Active participation in the further development and optimisation of the client and mobile platform, as well as designing a future-proof workplace environment within the Microsoft 365 system landscape
• Monitoring and continuous optimisation of endpoint security solutions, as well as performing regular security updates and patch management to ensure a high security standard
• Management of our clients and applications, as well as automation of software deployments using Microsoft Intune
• Procurement and provision of hardware and software components, as well as responsible management of onboarding and offboarding processes, including the administration and assignment of permissions and licences
• Administration of our Microsoft 365 services and applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
• Conducting fault analyses and resolving system disruptions within the workplace environment, as well as active troubleshooting within the scope of incident and problem management
• Management and maintenance of the technical inventory for hardware and software components, as well as creating and continuously updating technical documentation

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate

• Completed training in IT (e.g. EFZ specialising in business informatics, platform development, system technology), a higher technical college/university of applied sciences degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 environments
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, especially SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Intune
• Sound knowledge in endpoint management (Intune), endpoint security, patch management, and automation of software deployments
• Experience in incident and problem management, as well as strong skills in fault analysis and sustainable troubleshooting
• Ideally experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or certifications in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Independent and self-reliant working style
• Willingness for continuous training and adaptation to new technologies
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• High service orientation, commitment, and teamwork
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
