Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects in the Microsoft and cloud environment
Operation and further development of cloud and on-premises platforms including monitoring and partner coordination
Responsibility for changes, installations and maintenance in the platform and workplace area
Design and introduction of modern workplace and mobile management solutions with a focus on Windows client engineering
Analysis and resolution of complex faults, support in end-user support as well as maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or comparable qualification
Several years of experience with Microsoft server and client environments as well as security
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager, Endpoint Manager, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Experience in platform operation, workplace engineering and IT project management
Very good German skills and good English skills, independent and structured working style
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
