The job profile As a Health Specialist (FaGe), you will be responsible for the care, support and accompaniment of patients of all ages as well as their relatives and assisting in the organisation of daily life. Proximity to people and nursing support in daily activities are central. In addition to nursing tasks, medical-technical procedures as well as domestic, logistical and administrative services are part of the job profile. Health Specialists are part of the nursing team, are professionally subordinate to the qualified nursing staff and work closely with other professional groups. What to expect

• 3-year training with Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Vocational school: 2 days of lessons per week in the first two years of training, 1 day per week in the final year
• Inter-company courses (ÜK): a total of 34 days during the training
• If suitable, the possibility to complete the vocational baccalaureate (BM1); for this, an additional 1 day of lessons per week is attended during all three years of training
• Support from experienced trainers in a modern working environment
