Apprenticeship Health Specialist EFZ for Adults (2027)

At the Inselspital, we offer apprenticeships for the 3-year vocational training for adults as Health Specialist EFZ starting in 2026. As a Health Specialist (FaGe), you care for, support, and accompany patients of all ages as well as their relatives in everyday life. You assist them in various life situations and take on not only nursing tasks but also medical-technical and administrative duties. You work closely within the interprofessional nursing team.

What to expect

• 3-year training with qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
• Vocational school 2 days per week in the first two years of training, 1 day per week in the third year
• Inter-company courses (ÜK) with a total of 34 training days
