Role:

On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Service Technician Heating & Sanitary for independent service, maintenance, and repair assignments in building technology. You will maintain modern heating, heat pump, and sanitary systems for private, commercial, and industrial customers and carry out systematic analysis and resolution of technical faults. In addition to commissioning, functional checks, and minor modifications, you will perform preventive maintenance work and document your assignments digitally. The position combines versatile heating and sanitary technology with independent service work directly at the customer’s site.

Responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of heating and sanitary systems

• Systematic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of heat generation and sanitary systems

• Service and repair work on heat pumps, heating, and district heating systems

• Maintenance and repair of sanitary installations and water treatment systems

• Carrying out commissioning, functional tests, and safety checks

• Replacement of defective pumps, fittings, valves, and system components

• Execution of minor modifications and adjustments to existing building technology systems

• Monitoring and optimisation of system parameters and operating settings

• Technical advice to customers on operation, maintenance, and system optimisation

• Independent organisation of service assignments, spare parts, and consumables

• Digital creation of service reports, records, and work certificates

• Participation in the on-call service according to the deployment plan

Qualifications:

• Completed training as heating installer EFZ, sanitary installer EFZ or comparable basic building technology education

• Professional experience in service, maintenance, or repair of building technology systems is an advantage

• Good knowledge of modern heat pump, heating, district heating, and sanitary systems

• Experience in fault diagnosis, commissioning, and system maintenance

• Knowledge of relevant Swiss safety and installation regulations

• Good German language skills spoken and written

• Driving licence category B
