YOUR TASKS
In this demanding role, you are responsible for the optimal management of the performance of Hirslanden Clinic Zurich. You ensure that medical staff, intervention rooms, and bed capacities are efficiently aligned with patient volume. In doing so, you play a crucial role in developing forecasting models for patient volume and seasonal trends in healthcare. Additionally, you keep an overview of patient flows and case management to create long-term synergies.
Together with clinic management and the medical staff, you work to position the clinic's service offering in the best possible way. Furthermore, you lead interdisciplinary projects within the clinic and the group.
YOUR PROFILE
- Advanced professional training in healthcare with further education in health or hospital management, or higher business management education with a corresponding further education portfolio and experience in healthcare and hospital management
- Competencies in process, quality, or project management
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role
You also score points with your analytical and conceptual skills as well as your networked thinking ability. You are familiar with controlling tools as well as their further development and operational application.
