Your working environment
The Youth Home Aarburg is an institution for the enforcement of civil and juvenile criminal law measures. It accommodates male adolescents and young adults who are at risk in their development. Through pedagogical and therapeutic measures, the staff support the clients in integrating into the social order. In addition, specific educational and vocational offers provide a foundation for the young people and young adults to prepare for a self-responsible, offence-free life.
The open external residential group (AWG) offers the young person the chance to move and stabilise themselves with more self-responsibility and a greater degree of freedom in an open setting. In the AWG group, the young person must deepen what they have learned and practised so far and move even more towards independence.
