Project Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager Architecture Residential Construction for the independent development and realisation of demanding residential construction projects in Eastern Switzerland. You will accompany projects from the initial design idea through planning and approval procedures to execution, combining high architectural quality with economic objectives. A particular focus is on urban densification, residential construction and site development as well as the coordination of specialist planners and authorities. Additionally, you will contribute your expertise in competitions, feasibility studies and variant developments.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of residential construction projects from concept and design phase to realisation
Development of demanding design and development concepts with a focus on urban densification and contemporary residential construction
Preparation and management of preliminary project, construction project, approval and execution planning across the relevant SIA phases
Conducting feasibility studies, potential analyses and variant studies for plots and development projects
Coordination of architecture, structural engineering, building services and other specialist planning as well as management of planning interfaces
Coordination with municipalities, cantonal specialist offices and approval authorities within the framework of planning and building approval procedures
Ensuring compliance with Swiss building law, SIA standards as well as cantonal and municipal building regulations
Responsibility for planning quality, deadlines and costs as well as ongoing coordination between design and economic project goals
Development and coordination of construction, materialisation and detail concepts for high-quality construction implementation
Participation in architecture competitions and study commissions as well as preparation of presentation and decision-making documents
Support during the execution and realisation phase and ensuring architectural quality until completion
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at FH, ETH or University/USI level
Several years of professional experience in project management of architecture and residential construction projects in Switzerland
Solid experience in design, planning and realisation of demanding building projects
Good knowledge of Swiss building and planning law as well as relevant SIA standards
Experience with residential construction, densification projects, feasibility studies and approval procedures
Good knowledge of common CAD/BIM applications for architectural planning
Very good German language skills spoken and written
