Role:
Design versatile platforms: You design, optimise, and document platform solutions that ensure reliable operation and efficiency
Use modern technologies: You purposefully use tools such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, S3, and monitoring stacks to implement and manage platform functions
Responsibility for architectures: You take the lead for container solutions, data pipelines, storage structures, integration platforms, as well as analysis and visualisation tools
Close collaboration within the team: Together with engineering teams, you plan, operate, and maintain platforms and contribute to continuous optimisation
Introduce technological innovations: You evaluate new technologies through pilot projects and proofs of concept (PoCs), make informed decisions, and integrate future-proof solutions into existing systems
Requirements:
Solid education: Your studies or further training in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics, or a similar IT field form the basis of your expertise.
Agile methods and DevOps: You bring extensive experience in agile working methods and DevOps practices that make modern software development efficient.
Platform competence: Whether local or in the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) - you develop, implement, and manage platforms confidently and are well acquainted with container technologies such as Kubernetes.
Technical know-how: Your knowledge extends to storage solutions, virtualisation, containerisation, as well as network and software architectures.
Linguistically proficient: With your fluent German and solid English skills, you communicate confidently at various levels.
