Tunnel Project Manager

Agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005, specialising in industry. We work in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, watchmaking, and precision mechanics sectors.

As a consultant, you will be called upon to support our clients in the execution of their on-site projects by providing your expertise and skills. You are agile and eager to adapt to different working environments that will fuel your curiosity to see what lies behind the closed doors of the largest projects in our clients’ portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the technical, organisational, and financial management of projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mobilise the necessary skills at each phase.
• Ensure the quality of services, respect for deadlines, and cost control.
• Maintain trusting relationships with clients, partners, and authorities.
• Contribute to the development of activities related to tunnels and underground structures in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Share your knowledge and participate in the development of the team’s skills.

Profile sought:

• Civil engineering degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing underground infrastructure projects, ideally railway or road tunnels.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of tunnels, Swiss practices, and standards. Experience in the French-speaking market is particularly appreciated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
