Responsibilities:
Processing digital incoming invoices as well as checking prices, conditions, and invoice contents are part of your daily tasks.
You code and post creditor invoices and ensure correct and timely processing.
By creating and posting weekly payment runs, you ensure a reliable payment process.
Furthermore, you assist with VAT returns, annual financial statements, and other accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship or a qualification as an accounting clerk forms your professional foundation.
With your service orientation and teamwork skills, you contribute your own solutions and complete your tasks independently and reliably.
You have impeccable German language skills in spoken and written form and are characterised by persistence, punctuality, endurance, and resilience.
