Azure Platform Architect (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Building a scalable Microsoft cloud with a focus on stability, protection and economical operation.
Strategic support of the IT organisation and relevant stakeholders in architectural decisions and future cloud orientation.
Comprehensive evaluation of system landscapes, organisational processes, information structures and user interfaces to identify improvement potential.
Development of technical specifications and management of implementation in collaboration with internal teams and specialised service providers.
Ensuring sustainable handover through comprehensible solution documentation, training and continuous knowledge development.
Qualifications:
University degree in Computer Science, Informatics or a related technical field.
Strong competence in process modelling, solution design and creation of clear technical specifications.
Several years of experience as an IT architect with at least three years of practical Azure expertise.
Confident handling of cloud protection mechanisms, network segmentation, authentication and permission models.
Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL Database and Azure DevOps as well as experience in leading complex IT projects; fluent German and English.
