Accounting Manager 100%

As an Accounting Manager, based in Martigny, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper management of accounting activities within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Your role will be to guarantee the compliance of financial processes while ensuring accurate analysis of accounting data.

Responsibilities

As a 100% Accounting Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the maintenance and closing of accounts as well as the recording of daily, monthly and annual accounting entries.
• Guarantee the reliability of accounts and monthly and annual financial reporting within the Group's deadlines.
• Ensure the accounting follow-up of investment projects, from budgeting to commissioning.
• Prepare tax declarations and monitor provisions in collaboration with various departments.
• Develop and monitor the forecast cash flow plan and analyse variations.
• Participate in the improvement and optimisation of accounting processes and procedures.
• Be the primary contact for account managers and coordinate audit preparations.
• Collaborate with the Group's Finance & Accounting teams.

Candidate Profile

As an Accounting Manager, you have the following profile:

• Higher education in accounting, ideally complemented by a Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial accounting.
• Essential mastery of SAP and very good knowledge of Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, notably Swiss GAAP.
• Experience in reporting and financial analysis.
• Ability to work in French, and English or German, with proficiency in at least one of the two languages being essential.
• Rigorous, autonomous and organised personality, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities, multiple activities simultaneously and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
