Windows Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support, design and development of on-premises, cloud and hybrid infrastructures
Planning and implementation of IT projects, system architectures as well as technical concepts, specifications and documentation
Independent operation of complex Windows system environments including maintenance, optimisation and support
Further development of VMware, Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID as well as automation and process optimisation
Support in 2nd-level support as well as collaboration with internal IT teams and other departments
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ/HF/FH as well as several years of experience as a Windows System Engineer
Sound knowledge of Windows Client, Windows Server 2022/2025, Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online
Practical experience with Veeam, VMware and basic Cisco network technologies; knowledge of Citrix and WatchGuard is an advantage
Strong interest in new technologies, high willingness to learn as well as readiness for further training and certifications
Strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, fluent German and good English skills
