Sales Consultant for Parquet Exhibition and Field Service 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a sales consultant for the parquet exhibition and field service, you are the first point of contact for customers and competently advise builders, architects, and craftsmen on parquet and floor coverings. You conduct sales talks, prepare offers and orders on time, and support customers from the initial consultation to successful completion. In the field service, you maintain existing customer relationships, acquire new customers in the Zurich, Aargau, and Zug areas, and work the market with a focus on architects. Your other tasks include general office work with Word, Excel, and AS400 as well as responsibility for achieving the assigned sales budget. Willingness to work two compensated Saturdays per month (9:00 am - 2:00 pm) is required.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the field of wood, parquet, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience

• Sales experience, ideally in the area of floor coverings, parquet, wood, or interior design

• Enjoyment in dealing with customers as well as strong advisory and sales skills

• Negotiation skills as well as a confident, friendly, and well-groomed appearance

• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with organisational talent and initiative

• High social competence, teamwork, and networked thinking

• Broad network in the construction sector is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of common Microsoft Office programmes

• Category B driving licence for field service activities
