Service Technician for Lift Systems in the City of Zurich

An independent, traditional Swiss company specialising in new installations, replacement systems, maintenance and modernisation of lifts is seeking reinforcement for its technical customer service at 100%.

You enjoy being on the move, love working independently on technical systems and want to be part of a well-coordinated service team? Then this position is right for you!

Your tasks - varied and responsible

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on lift systems within the defined service area
• Independent planning and coordination of your daily assignments
• Identifying and resolving technical faults as well as performing minor repairs on site
• Procurement of spare parts as required and ensuring availability
• Personal customer care - friendly, solution-oriented and reliable
• Participation in periodic on-call duty (well planned and coordinated within the team)

Your profile - hands-on, solution-oriented and dependable

• Completed basic technical training in the electrical or mechanical field
• Ideally some initial professional experience in field service or technical customer service
• Independent, customer-oriented and responsible personality
• Not afraid of heights, resilient and reliable
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B mandatory
