Your mission:

· Minor building maintenance

· Monitoring and follow-up of technical installations

· Meet deadlines by responding quickly to requested interventions

· Ensure quality and monitor the availability of installations

· Concierge service

· Snow clearance

· Possibility to provide an on-call service

Your profile:

· Thanks to your versatility, you are able to perform varied tasks such as technical maintenance work, providing personal services, concierge duties, as well as management and control tasks

· Your ease in human contact allows you to quickly gain the trust of users

· Thanks to your service skills and customer orientation, you can guarantee a high-level service for a demanding clientele
