The web-based platform digitalises all central business processes of personnel service providers - from recruiting, personnel placement and temporary staffing to deployment planning and time tracking, as well as payroll accounting, invoicing and reporting. Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel management of the financial accounting department and ensure efficient collaboration within the team.
You are responsible for the entire financial accounting as well as the planning, execution and control of monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual financial statements for several companies and mandates.
You independently resolve complex accounting and tax issues and ensure the correct implementation of legal requirements.
You coordinate cooperation with accounts receivable and payroll accounting and represent the department towards customers, authorities, tax offices and external auditors.
By further developing guidelines, processes and digital solutions, you increase the quality and efficiency of financial accounting.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as ideally initial or extensive leadership experience.
You have completed advanced training in fiduciary or finance and accounting or have a comparable degree with a focus on finance.
You are very familiar with Swiss accounting, especially with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), VAT and tax regulations.
You are confident in using ABACUS or comparable accounting software, Excel and modern AI applications. You communicate excellently in German and English.
