Finance & Accounting Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent management of financial accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers)

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment transactions

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR

• Account reconciliation and VAT returns

• Liquidity planning and budget preparation

• Invoicing including dunning

• Contact person for external parties

• Administrative tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role

• Very good knowledge of financial accounting as well as Swiss tax and VAT law

• Sound knowledge in the preparation of financial statements according to OR

• Confident handling of common ERP systems as well as very good MS Excel skills
