Your future responsibilities:

• You will work in collaboration with the sales team.
• You will define the necessary skills and abilities in the specifications.
• You will ensure the recruitment of candidates, tenders and respect for the recruitment budget.
• You will identify and evaluate professional projects and personally advise the contacts.
• You will participate in the selection process, evaluation and hiring of the potential employee.
• You will ensure the follow-up of employees both in position and awaiting placement.
• You will be the ambassador of our company, its values and principles.

Your profile:

• You have experience in recruitment professions.
• You have good experience in the construction, electrical or other technical sectors.
• You know the specificities of the job market in the Neuchâtel region.
• Whether you are university-educated or self-taught, we are looking for passionate talents.
• You are a competitor and develop your performance in a team spirit.
• You have a good command of French with very good writing skills.
• You speak one or more foreign languages fluently.
• You have a good knowledge of common IT tools.
• You have real interpersonal skills (availability, rigour, relational skills).
• You are a trustworthy person.
• You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
