Are you our new team member who will support us as a Cook: (Chef de Partie) immediately or by arrangement?
You usually work from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00. During events or catering, working hours may vary.
Our task menu
- Preparation of mise en place at the assigned station
- Production of dishes at the assigned station (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier etc.)
- Assisting with catering, aperitifs and special events
- Receipt of goods and management of the storeroom
- Contributing ideas for menu design
- Ensuring cleanliness and order at the assigned station
- Carrying out general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards as well as compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Independent management of a station
Your recipe for success
- Basic training as a Cook: EFZ
- Experience in à la carte and preferably in fine dining
- Enthusiastic "foodie" and connoisseur with a sense of creativity and passion for processing high-quality food
- Good oral and written German skills
- Clean criminal record
- Team player
- Passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
- Clean and independent working style
