Network & Security Engineer - Aviation Systems (m/f/d)
Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Responsibilities:
Operation, configuration and technical further development of Cisco networks, firewalls, storage and communication systems in safety-critical environments
Ensuring the availability of military air traffic control and communication infrastructures through fault rectification, maintenance and technical optimisations
Implementation of changes, system expansions and commissioning including planning, testing and integration into existing system landscapes
Carrying out preventive maintenance measures as well as analysing and resolving complex technical faults at various locations
Participation in technical projects as well as creation and maintenance of system documentation, operating concepts and training materials
Qualifications:
Education or studies in the field of computer science, network technology or ICT, ideally at HF/FH level
Several years of experience in network engineering with solid knowledge in routing, switching and Cisco technologies at CCNA level or higher
Practical experience with firewall and network security solutions, especially Cisco and Check Point; CCSA/CCSE advantageous
Knowledge in storage, virtualisation and complex communication systems as well as strong skills in troubleshooting and system integration
Analytical, resilient and customer-oriented personality with high personal responsibility; very good German, English B2, French advantageous; willingness to be on call and standby duty as well as irregular working hours, driving licence category B
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
