Responsibilities
- Store manager or branch manager – two titles, one mission: the same tasks, the same responsibility. Are you ready to advance your sales outlet together with your team? Then you are exactly right with us.
- You know: If you support and motivate your employees, you and your team will successfully implement the sales promotion measures.
- Our demanding customers are delighted by how competently and courteously you advise them.
- You ensure optimal stock management and that your sales outlet invites customers to shop.
- Your daily tasks? You create the staff deployment plan including cost control and take over the branch administration.
Requirements
- You excel in sales and have leadership experience? Then you are right with us.
- Your professional training in the field of jewellery has made you a technical expert. You are economically competent due to further training.
- You speak German very well – both spoken and written.
- Office programmes? No problem for you.
- Several years of experience in the industry? That convinces us.
