- Completed commercial training or comparable further education (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in internal service
- Sound knowledge of commercial processes
- High discretion, organisational talent and pronounced sense of responsibility
- Confident German + good knowledge of French
- Independent, structured and proactive working style
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Direct support in administrative and organisational matters
- Responsibility for order processing, scheduling and assistance in purchasing
- Participation in process improvements
- Creation of orders in the returns / warranty department
- Interface function between employees and external partners
- Collaboration on purchasing projects
