Team Leader Layout (m/f/d)

• You lead, supervise and develop a team of around 40 drivers and dispatchers, creating an environment where performance and team spirit go hand in hand
• You coordinate the planning of interventions, services and leave in advance, thus ensuring smooth company operations
• You ensure that internal processes, quality standards and safety instructions are consistently adhered to
• In challenging operational situations, you keep a cool head, help your team find solutions and overcome unexpected challenges together
• You always keep an eye on the quality of our services, analyse key indicators and derive targeted optimisation measures
• Through regular development interviews, you encourage your employees to develop their skills and successfully support new team members in their integration
• You quickly identify improvement opportunities, implement optimisations with your team and promote collaboration between departments to create a positive and motivating working atmosphere

• You have completed training in transport, logistics or an equivalent commercial qualification, and you know the sector's requirements
• Thanks to your solid experience in transport or logistics (ideally in planning or operations management), you maintain an overview even in difficult situations
• Initial leadership experience or strong management skills help you successfully support and develop teams
• You plan resources in advance, organise efficiently and know how to set the right priorities, even when daily activity accelerates
• With your confidence, communication skills and team spirit, you know how to inspire people and bring them along with you
• You have excellent command of common MS Office applications; experience with planning software is an additional asset
• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are a reliable, proactive and solution-oriented person who feels particularly comfortable in a dynamic environment
