Polyanalytic is a medical analysis laboratory located in Lausanne and a member of the Sonic Suisse network of local laboratories.Job Objective
Join our committed team within the Polyanalytic laboratory and participate, in this key role, in building the future of our leading and innovative company.
Your impact in this role
- Entry and organisation of invoice dispatches, duplicates for the Genetics laboratory
- Correspondence for insurance requests, patients, doctors
- Processing and management of debtor payments
- Monitoring payment terms and managing disputes
- Answering patient telephone calls
Your background and expertise
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an office clerk, commerce or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in debtor billing and/or disputes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable on the phone and proficient with IT tools
- Very good knowledge of German (level C1)
