Technical Buyer Plant Engineering (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for operational purchasing within assigned high-tech projects. This includes price negotiations, scheduling coordination, and schedule tracking.
- You support the strategic realignment of purchasing and expediting tasks.
- You hold interface responsibility towards suppliers within the assigned projects.
- You are responsible for the procurement and management of all plant components.
- Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as tracking order deadlines, including dunning, are part of your duties.
- You actively collaborate with internal interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Completed technical education at FH/University level.
- Further training in business administration or purchasing.
- You bring several years of experience in a similar role in industry, preferably in plant engineering.
- Sound experience in negotiating purchase prices and general terms and conditions is present.
- Confident handling of technical specifications, including reading drawings, is given.
- You are proficient in SAP and MS Office.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are available.
- You are characterised as a responsible and team-oriented personality.
