Planning and implementation of IT projects from conception to realisation
Installation, configuration and support of Microsoft 365, VDI and firewall solutions
Carrying out maintenance work and supporting the service desk with technical issues
Support and continuous optimisation of customer IT infrastructures
Analysis and resolution of faults to ensure stable IT operations
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in system engineering
Strong service and customer orientation
Sound knowledge of server, storage and Windows systems
Experience with Linux, networks and firewall technologies is an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
