Job Description

• You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the 2-person team
• You and your team ensure the catering (mid-morning snack, lunch) for 100 employees during weekdays
• You take over the coordination of the external cleaning company for all susceptible non-food cleaning (Staff Facilities)
• You act as the single point of contact (internal and external) on the topic of pest control and assume all associated responsibilities (including all audits)
• You are responsible for the Facility Service budget including ordering and inventory management as well as checking deliveries and related invoices
• You are responsible for hygiene and cleanliness in your area

We expect

• Completed vocational training EFZ/EBA
• Experience in leading small teams
• You have a strong awareness of hygiene and are familiar with quality guidelines
• Your organised and open personality will help you progress with us
• With your independent and solution-oriented way of working, we achieve our goals
• Fluent German and solid English skills (B1 desired) complete your profile
• PC skills are an advantage (placing orders, menu planning with support)
• Working hours Monday to Friday 05:30-14:30
