IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Coordination and handling of faults related to Windows/Linux servers, AD/Entra ID and Exchange (On-Prem & Online)
Implementation of infrastructure upgrades and smaller projects (e.g. Citrix, WLAN, workplace)
Technical contact person for the central IAM system and construction management
2nd-level support for defined systems as well as deputy in operations management
Administration and control of access rights
Participation in IT projects focusing on system and hardware topics
Lifecycle management of the responsible applications
Qualifications:
Higher IT education (university/FH/HF) or equivalent experience
Very good knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, AD/Entra ID, Exchange, Citrix and networks
Experience in infrastructure upgrades and small projects
Know-how in Azure cloud management and IAM
Confident handling of Jira and Confluence
Fluent German and English; French an advantage
