System Engineer / IT Support Specialist 80-100% (a)

Your Tasks

• Support, maintenance, and further development of IT infrastructures for our SME clients
• Support our clients in IT support
• Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Server and VMware environments
• Support of Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• Analysis and resolution of faults as well as implementation of sustainable solutions
• Planning and implementation of IT projects and migrations
• Integration of new technologies and automation solutions
  

Your Profile

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in system engineering and IT support
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server
• Good understanding of networks, TCP/IP, routing, and switching
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure and advantageously in the VMware area
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident German language skills and good English skills
