At Aveniq, you are responsible for critical messaging environments, genuine transformations, and solutions that our customers rely on daily.

• You are part of a well-rehearsed DevOps team that lives and breathes technology, and you take responsibility in 3rd level support, where it gets exciting

• Customer consulting on equal terms: You don’t just explain that something works, but also why – clearly, thoroughly, and solution-oriented

• Cloud transformations & migrations (on-prem, hybrid, cloud): For you, not a blind flight but a structured project with a clear target

• You use frameworks & tools for monitoring, security & compliance to configure our collaboration solutions

• Variety guaranteed: You work with diverse customers from different industries, including critical infrastructures such as the energy sector or healthcare environment

• Together with IT architects and product management, you develop new services – technically sound, practical, and with foresight

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in complex enterprise IT environments – you know the difference between a lab and productive reality

• Deep know-how around Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and (Azure) Active Directory

• Bonus level (nice to have): ADFS, Enterprise Vault, mail gateways (FortiMail / HIN)

• Migrations are your craft: PowerShell, Quest and BitTitan are second nature to you

• You work independently, cleanly and with quality awareness and have a good sense of customer needs

• You are confident in German and use English fluently in everyday life
