On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
Customer Service Master Data Coordinator M/F at 100%
- Higher education in data management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in master data
- Good knowledge of ERP, digital tools and reporting/BI
- Knowledge of product structures, bill of materials and technical references is appreciated.
- Good level of English required
- Rigor, organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Solution-oriented
- Lead the creation, maintenance and evolution of reference data: products, components, bills of materials, prices, services and technical data
- Define and enforce data governance and quality rules
- Coordinate the various business and IT stakeholders to ensure consistency of information in the system
- Support subsidiaries and partners in the use of tools and data
- Participate in digital transformation, automation and continuous improvement projects
- Monitor data quality indicators and implement necessary corrective actions
