About the job
Your Tasks:
- Checking the creditworthiness of customers in the German- and French-speaking regions of Switzerland
- Early identification of potential payment risks
- Contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and clarifying the next steps
- Agreeing and monitoring instalment arrangements according to internal guidelines
- Supporting existing customers and assisting in the assessment of potential new customers
- Processing debt collection procedures according to internal guidelines
- Registering outstanding claims in bankruptcy proceedings
- Processing and reconciling debtor accounts as well as resolving open discrepancies
- Maintaining customer data and careful account management
- Supporting the Finance and Credit Control team with additional tasks
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in the commercial sector; knowledge of accounts receivable, debt collection or receivables management is an advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact and working with numbers
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
- Good English skills
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle knowledge is an advantage
- Careful and structured way of working
