What is my role?

• Independent management of customer orders from enquiry to delivery

• Ensuring timely procurement of materials and services

• Close collaboration with the production and logistics departments

• Coordination and communication with suppliers

• Ensuring a smooth process throughout the entire order chain

• Working in a team of about 6 colleagues

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a basic technical education, for example as a polymechanic or in a comparable profession

• You have completed further training as a technician HF, technical merchant, or an equivalent qualification

• You bring practical experience in internal sales and/or technical purchasing

• You possess a strong technical understanding combined with commercial acumen

• You are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office

• You are characterised by organisational talent as well as a structured and reliable way of working

• You enjoy customer contact and have negotiation skills

• You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage

• You are a team player, resilient and flexible in everyday work

• You are at least 25 years old
