Systems Specialist: Modern Workplace & Azure (m/f/d)

Role:
As a Systems Specialist Modern Workplace & Azure, you will manage a manageable number of medium-sized companies and become their trusted expert. Technical concepts do not originate on the drawing board but from knowledge of the respective environment. You connect local server environments with the cloud and design modern workplaces with Microsoft 365 (M365). Those who enjoy both consulting and implementation will find the right setting here.
Responsibilities:
You advise your clients on infrastructure topics and demonstrate concrete development steps.
You plan and implement projects independently, from cloud migration to security hardening.
You set up hybrid environments and link existing systems cleanly with cloud services.
In addition, you take on demanding incidents that cannot be resolved during ongoing operations.
Furthermore, you collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
You also explain technical matters in a way that remains understandable without an IT background.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft environment and have successfully completed projects.
Extensive knowledge of Azure and Entra ID including Conditional Access distinguishes you.
You are very familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Terminal Services.
Furthermore, you are familiar with virtualisation using Hyper-V and common backup solutions.
Basic knowledge of firewall, VPN, and WLAN is part of your toolkit, as is experience with device management.
You actively seek exchange with clients, communicate confidently in German, and understand English documentation effortlessly. Certifications or service provider experience are welcome.
