Your Responsibilities
- In this responsible leadership position, you are in charge of leading a specialist team as well as managing your own demanding client portfolio. Your duties include:
- Team leadership: Professional and personnel management, coaching and development of a team of fiduciary specialists.
- Client management: Comprehensive advice and support for your clients in all fiduciary and business management matters.
- Professional responsibility: Ensuring the high-quality handling of mandates, including complex accounting, preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
- Client development: Maintaining existing client relationships and actively participating in the acquisition of new mandates.
- Process optimisation: You drive digitalisation forward and continuously optimise internal processes and services.
Our Requirements
- You are an initiative-taking and communicative leader with a passion for fiduciary services. You bring:
- Education: A higher business management qualification (e.g. Swiss federal diploma fiduciary expert, Swiss federal diploma auditor or fiduciary specialist certificate).
- Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in the Swiss fiduciary sector, complemented by initial or proven leadership experience.
- Leadership skills: You are a winning personality who can motivate, inspire and lead a team to top performance.
- Customer orientation: You think entrepreneurially, recognise your clients’ needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Personality: A proactive, solution-oriented and team-capable working style characterises you.
