What you achieve

• Independent development of demanding, complex strategic financial plans for customers and employees of the bank as well as the insurance on a fee basis, including leading the related customer discussions
• Quality assurance within the team
• Support of customer advisors in acquiring potential financial planning clients and implementing the specifically defined measures from the financial plans
• Professional support of customer advisors
• Active promotion of the "Financial Planning Plus" service within Helvetia
• Presentations at regularly held customer events on the topic of "Retirement Planning", including event planning and organisation as well as support and acquisition of participants
• Active collaboration in the further development of the "Financial Planning Plus" service within the bank and insurance

What you bring

• Completed banking training or degree in finance
• Further training as a financial planner with a federal certificate, federally certified financial planning expert, CFP® or comparable qualification
• Several years of solid professional experience (at least 5-10 years) in financial planning or asset consulting
• Extensive expertise in the areas of investments, taxes, pensions, financing and estate planning of complex matters (e.g. business succession)
• Experience dealing with demanding wealthy clients
• Strong analytical thinking and entrepreneurial action
• High customer orientation, trustworthiness and discretion
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
