To ensure the operation of our Enterprise Software applications (OpaccOXAS, OpaccERP, OpaccEnterpriseCRM, OpaccEnterpriseShop) in the daily business of our customers, you will take on the following tasks:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the support team with over 10 employees

• Managing personnel and deployment planning as well as conducting individual meetings with employees

• Ensuring and building a solution-oriented support organisation

• Participation in handling escalated calls

• Support in the daily business of support (1st and 2nd level)

• Ensuring 1st level support for the system platform of our GU customers

• Further training, education and strength-based promotion of employees

• Continuous optimisation of support processes, tools and internal documentation

• Conducting call reviews and support briefings with our customers

What do I need to be successful?

To grow professionally and personally with this task, you bring the following:

• Solid basic training with further education or studies in (business) computer science or similar

• Leadership experience of specialist employees

• Enjoyment in planning and organisation

• Team player, resilient and able to think and work in contexts

• High social competence and enjoyment in leading a high-performing team

• Experience in a comparable role, especially in the enterprise software (ERP, shop) environment
