HR Manager (m/f/d)

• You support and advise the employees and managers of your branch with passion and an open-door policy
• You manage personnel administration effortlessly and ensure everything runs smoothly
• You are also actively involved in recruiting, from planning requirements to successful onboarding
• You maintain our HR systems and ensure all relevant information is always readily available
• You keep an eye on employee health and conduct discussions in collaboration with the managers
• You have an interest in numbers and also enjoy working on analysis and controlling tasks from time to time
• Building up a new location? That’s exactly your thing!

• Your toolkit includes solid expertise in HR as well as a completed HR specialist certificate
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in our industry or a similar dynamic environment
• You are used to taking responsibility while also pitching in actively
• Your empathetic, responsible and solution-oriented nature distinguishes you
• Even when things get stressful, you stay calm and keep an overview
