Role:
As a Client Security Engineer, you actively shape modern, secure and efficient IT environments for demanding technical applications. In this role, you take on the design, implementation and further development of workplace systems that meet high requirements for security, performance and availability. You are responsible for the integration and securing of IT solutions in various technical segments such as engineering, control construction, sensor technology, energy distribution, packaging systems or medical components. In doing so, you analyse existing infrastructures, identify optimisation potentials and implement appropriate security and system measures. Through your expertise, you contribute decisively to reliably, stably and sustainably supporting innovative products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You take technical responsibility for our modern workplace environment including endpoint security and develop it strategically.
- In this role, you operate and optimise our identity and access management solutions such as conditional access, MFA and identity protection.
- You advise our group companies on expansions and individual configurations in the area of workplace systems.
- In this role, you analyse complex faults, coordinate escalations and accompany the transfer to our support team.
- You work closely with the engineering team and actively contribute your know-how to projects and design decisions.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
- 3-5 years of practical experience in the modern workplace environment with Intune including MDM, EntraID security stack, operation of AVD, software packaging and 2nd-level support
- Solid experience in 3rd-level support
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to travel about 10%
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style, combined with commitment, innovative spirit and team spirit
