Your tasks

As a member of the school management, you take on the pedagogical and organisational leadership of 12 classes of the three lowest grades in the long-term grammar school (UG1, UG2 and LZG1) as well as the 1st grade of the short-term grammar school (KZG1).
You maintain contact with the sending schools within the framework of the transition and are the point of contact for concerns of the classes, parents and teachers.
The class teachers of your levels accompany you in their tasks, conduct staff appraisals and promote a shared pedagogical attitude.
The planning and organisation of parents' evenings for your levels, support courses as well as the daily timetable and special timetables are also part of your duties.
You are committed to offers and projects that make the community tangible and continue to teach part-time.

Your profile

You have a university master's degree as well as a teaching diploma for grammar schools and bring teaching experience at grammar school level. You are familiar with lower secondary level I and its pedagogical focus topics.
Ideally, you have already completed a school management training or are willing to complete such training (e.g. CAS School Management/School Leadership) within the next two years.
You enjoy working with people, especially with learners of lower secondary level I, their parents and teachers, and communicate clearly, appreciatively and confidently.
It is part of your school management work to undertake assignments outside regular teaching hours (e.g. parents' evenings, conferences, school events etc.).
