As a Facility Coordinator (a), you play a key role: you keep everything in good order, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.

What awaits you

• First point of contact for building users
• Information to building users about construction or other operationally relevant activities
• Ensuring the currency of building safety documentation and alarm organisation
• Conducting regular rounds and checking the safety status including marking of permanent hazards
• Administrative process management for the approval and release of building access rights / shutdown of systems / media / work permits
• Identifying maintenance needs and defining and implementing the necessary measures
• Commissioning and monitoring repairs
• Accompanying third-party companies and craftsmen in the building
• Conducting room inspections after relocations
• Ensuring compliance with building-specific requirements
• Proactive information about all activities in the building to the Facility Services Manager

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in a craft or training as a federally certified janitor
• Experience in managing complex buildings
• Good technical understanding
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal working hours
• English skills are an advantage
