Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a Project Manager Heating / Renewable Energies for the planning and realisation of modern heating and energy systems in new builds and renovations. You will accompany projects from technical conception and calculation through site organisation to billing and take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs. The focus is on energy-efficient building technology solutions and the interaction of heat generation, renewable energies and heat distribution. You will lead installation teams and act as the central contact person for clients, architects and other project participants.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and realisation of heating systems in new build, renovation and refurbishment projects
Development and design of energy-efficient solutions for heat generation and heat distribution
Project planning of systems with heat pumps and renewable energies
Preparation of calculations, quotations, tenders and submissions
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project progress
Digital project management including project, execution and site documentation
Planning and coordination of material procurement, delivery dates and site logistics
Organisation of construction sites as well as technical leadership and deployment planning of the installation teams
Coordination of interfaces with sanitation, ventilation, electrical and other building services trades
Technical advice to clients, architects and specialist planners
Execution of commissioning, acceptance and handover
Processing of addenda, measurements and project billing
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as building services planner heating EFZ or heating installer EFZ
Professional experience in planning and project management of heating systems
Further training as Dipl. Technician HF Building Services, chief heating fitter or comparable qualification advantageous
Good knowledge of heat pump technology, hydraulics and energy-efficient heating systems
Experience with industry-standard CAD, calculation and project management systems
Driving licence category B advantageous
Good German language skills, spoken and written
