IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

- You work in the on-call service
- You monitor the work orders and forward them to the appropriate departments if necessary
- You manage, update and expand the solution and knowledge database
- As an IT Support Specialist, you participate in IT projects to further develop the deployed IT systems and processes
- You are responsible for 1st level support
- You assist with IT matters via telephone, email, the online service desk and chat
- You support and assist users with standard software and hardware
- As an IT Support Specialist, you resolve faults on Windows-based workstations as well as on smartphones and tablets
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and have professional experience in comparable positions
- You have excellent knowledge in the area of workstation computing, Microsoft products, smartphones and tablets, especially Android and/or iOS
- As an IT Support Specialist, you preferably hold an ITIL certification
- You are characterised as a competent and professional personality
- You are a friendly, pleasant and customer- and service-oriented person
- As an IT Support Specialist, you have an analytical and networked mindset
- You are fluent in German
